Appears that
# csrutil disable
cuts it. You need to reboot your Mac with Command+R and enter Terminal from top
menu. Throw in that command and Mac disables the newish SIP Protection feature.
That will make you more vulnerable to bad guys but it you know what you are
doing…

Much better, eh :D But now Bacula CAN access the data, it just happened that
the data in that folder is very volatile… Full Backup is running, and awaiting
the full result.
