Hi there,
I am trying to install the latest version of Bacula Client for windows on a
Windows 10 machine.
The problem I seem to be encountering on the machine is that when I run the
client install on the machine, it does not seem to load up the installer
window.
Looking on the task manager, it shows bacula client installer app is
'running' but not going further.
This is localized to one computer and I can't seem to find why it seems to
be stuck. The process tree shows Bacula running 'conhost.exe', but only 1
thread.
Running this on another Windows 10 machine, using Sysinternal's Procmon, I
can see the installer running two temp threads which call conhost, which
then close out to open up the installer window.
The computer I am having an issue with only shows 1 thread for conhost.exe,
which is still running, but I get no installer window.
Any recommendations on what I should be looking for that may be the culprit?
