Hello, Bill. This message is pretty explanatory. Bacula kept waiting for 001-014-000058 in order to proceed with the backup and tape was not changed. Assuming it is a manual external tape drive, you may try to automate a little bit tape ejection and hopefully Bacula will stop asking for the current tape drive (e.g.: http://bacula.us/automacao-total-de-drives-de-fita-manuais/), but it is a lucky guess.
