Look like there's something wrong with the spool disk: I replaced it and all 10 clients (1TB+) got backed up overnight. (The "whole thing" has still failed, though, because make_catalog_backup is no longer there in 5.2.13 and what's there seemingly can't handle "@" includes in bacula-dir.conf, but that's an easy fix.)
