In the bacula-common page, there's a README with a section on the file
permissions that have to be allocated for Bacula to run properly on
Fedora/RHEL system.
The file is installed in your system at:
/usr/share/doc/bacula-common/README.Redhat
And this file is also referenced at:
https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/slaanesh/bacula7/README.txt
In brief, these are the steps:
Please note that if you move configuration files somewhere else, you should
adapt the SELinux policy that is part of the base system (type
bacula_etc_t):
