Well bacula-console-qt does not seem very robust. Everytime I try to run a job it core dumps.
If it matters, I am double-hopskotched from my Mac to a gateway to my backup host using ssh -X twice. But I do that a fair bit with no issues. So I'll see what I can make of running the job from the non GUI console.
