Check out bacula-vchanger http://sourceforge.net/projects/vchanger/ It creates a virtual autochanger out of disk resources. So in this case you add several disk devices (possibly 4) and set them up as part of this virtual autochanger. So then you schedule all of your jobs to the virtual autochanger and you then will be able to use as many simultaneous pools as drives you add to the virtual autochanger.
