I know you've already had the question answered, but I think they are actually junction points (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTFS_junction_point) which are not quite the same as symlinks. It's like another filesystem is 'mounted' at that point, hence the message. As long as the filesystem that's mounted there is also being backed up (in your case it is) then you are fine. If not, you also need to explicitly back up that directory. Not every volume in Windows necessarily has a drive letter. You could easily mount a partition on C:\vol3, in which case your bacula fileset would need to include c:\ and c:\vol3.
