I have gone into the database and can see that the database is empty for the job in question. I think that there is an issue with the insertion of over a million entrees all at once that is giving bacula a hard time. I have found a supporting post here: http://www.backupcentral.com/phpBB2/two-way-mirrors-of-external-mailing-list s-3/bacula-25/bacula-prunes-files-too-early-95935/ but they really didn't get a resolution either. Is this addressed in any of the change logs that someone can remember if so point me to it otherwise I will be searching.

And to me this looks like some type of bug (I may be wrong). One way to recover is to use bscan to reimport the missing file records to your database.
