First thing you'd want to find out is what-all is in there? That 36GB
has to be getting taken up by something. Is it old jobs that you're
keeping forever? Is it orphaned jobs for orphaned clients that contain
file listings, etc? The database can really only get large when you fill
it with something. When you find out what, you can manage/prune that stuff.
