Hi Jason did you used sometimes the dbcheck command ?

/usr/sbin/dbcheck -c /etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf -d 5 /var/lib/bacula ?dbname? 
?dbusername? ?dbpassword?

Be carefull this operations ( choice 16 ) could run during hours especially 
with the size of db you get.
