Try using forward slashes, rather than escaped backslashes.

Thanks Frank, it seems it should work either way. And it does on the C & E (USB) drives. However the Y&Z drives that have been mapped are still not available.

But, I am confused. Bacula was installed by 'administrator' and the services run as LocalSystem. But the mount was made under the current user account (not admin). Which ownership should I change?
