You just need to sync up your UIDs temporarily. 


On FreeBSD I would recommend that you just Jail/Chroot into the new
mount-point with a relative /etc/{passwd,master.passwd,pwd.db,spwd.db}
for each.

Then run the Bacula client inside each jail.

Maybe you can cook something up using Linux.

Long term you should look to OpenLDAP + NSS_LDAP to have
organization-global UIDs and GIDs.
