Ryan,

The bacula-fd that is packaged at my site (pixelchaos.net) is controlled
by the LaunchDaemon/LaunchAgent system in Mac OS X.

Basically, it is auto started on boot up (the proper scripts are
installed by the .pkg installer). To manually start it you can issue
"launchctl start org.bacula.bacula-fd". Stopping it should be self
explanatory.

Be aware also that the latest 2.2.7 packages are only tested on Mac OS X
10.4 and 10.5 for both Intel and PowerPC. Older versions of Mac OS X may
not work because of library linking.

The daemon itself is located at /usr/local/sbin/bacula-fd and the
configuration file is at /usr/local/etc/bacula-fd.conf

Hope that helps. Enjoy,
- justin
