I am a real newbie with a MAC OS which is weird since freebsd is my OS of
choice anyways feel really clumsy with the GUI. I have a FreeBSD server version
6.2 with bacula-dir version 2.2.7 running on it. It is working very well and
backing up some windows boxes however i need to backup up some MAC machines
too.

Tried installing bacula-fd 2.2.7 for Mac OS X ( from pixelchaos.com ) the
installer seemed to work quite well but I cannot find bacula-fd anywhere. How
do i run the bacula-fd? how do i make it begin at start up? is there a monitor?
am i doing something wrong? not sure what version of MAC OS guessing that there
are several different ones running at this location. Also it is remote so i
will not be there again for several days. Going to borrow a friends MAC book
and practice a bit with that.

Subject: [Bacula-users] bacula-fd 2.2.5 for Mac OS X

some day i will get around to contacting Kern about putting these
somewhere official.

until then, .pkg installers for Mac OS X 10.4 Intel and PowerPC are
available at http://www.pixelchaos.net
