Give it a try... i've setup for Director {}
Maximum Concurrent Jobs = 5
and for Storage {}
Maximum Concurrent Jobs = 10
I've setup a nigtly job that run alone, and there's no message at all.
This warning appear only for the two jobs that share the same schedule,
so start at the same time.
There's some way to setup schedule that start at some time + some random
minutes more?

I've total control on the bacula director, that is also my mail server,
so i can do this, but indeed it is not so clean... ;(((
