I just wanted to throw in that I have also started seeing this same problem 
with a 2 drive autochanger under 2.2.0, while the same config worked 
flawlessly under 2.0.3.  A job is blocking for a tape that's in the library, 
and Bacula doesn't mount it automatically, even though the tape is correctly 
listed in the catalog, and the drive is empty.
