After the upgrade to bacula-2.2.0 I have seen bacula get stuck twice
where the needed tape was in drive 0 and for some reason bacula wanted
it in drive 1. Here is an example:

In the past I had had this problem and worked around it by scheduling
jobs to specific tape drives but I had removed that for bacula-2.1.X
and I had not seen this for many months.
