Take a look at the SSH tunnel scripts in the docs. You can initiate an SSH tunnel before the job starts, and then then connect over that tunnel to the client, or have the client intiate a tunnel back to the storage director, and then connect over that tunnel. I've done it. Works great. And my situation was similar to your: no control over the firewall. j -- Joshua Kugler Lead System Admin -- Senior Programmer http://www.eeinternet.com PGP Key: http://pgp.mit.edu/ ID 0xDB26D7CE PO Box 80086 -- Fairbanks, AK 99708 -- Ph: 907-456-5581 Fax: 907-456-3111 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
