Dear All,
I was able to compile the rescue CD and was able to burn it.
When booting using this CD everything works fine and I am able to bring the
network up, but when using the partition script I am getting errors, using
fdisk, and not able to partition my hard disk.
The error I am getting: I don't know how to handle files with mode 81a4".
I am running linux el5 and I have a hardware RAID controller. I am not able
to format, not to partition/ mount my hard disks, so I can continue my
restore.
I have gone through the function partition reading the code, but did not
find any special thing to edit.
Any suggestions?
