Job {
  Name = "Win2kRestoreFiles"
  Type = Restore
  Client = w2ksvr-fd
  FileSet="Windows 2000"
  Storage = localFiles
  Pool = Default
  Messages = Standard
  Where = "Z:"
}

If, in the Where, I just set the value to "/here" it will restore just fine.
There's exactly zero interesting console output:

....2007-05-07_09.24.59 Error: Cannot create directory Z:: ERR=The system
cannot find the path specified.

Over and over when seeming to create the dir tree, then says the same when
it tries to create a file.

I further then tried restoring on a linux system and found that I had to
create a dir called "D:" (as the original backup was from a disk mounted at
D:, restoring to D: is not an option.) and then it unfolded on to the linux'
local disk. I had similar errors with the FD writing to the smbmount of the
same NAS. Writing to the NAS natively over the same mount was fine.
