What:   Please consider adding a "remove label" command to bacula. This
        should enable the reuse of "bacula" tapes which are not in the
        database for some reason.

Why:    
        OK this is somehow a special case but IMHO still valid.
        There is currently no possibility to remove a existing "bacula"
        label on a tape from the bconsole. This forces you to use "mt -f
<device> rewind; mt -f <device> weof" from the console. This is
        fine for some conditions (but undocumented and not integrated
        into bacula).
        I recently got into the problem that i had a job requesting a   
        new tape which i could not "relabel" because the tape device was
blocked by the storage daemon. Stopping the storage daemon
        results in job termination.
        It would be much more userfriendly to have the possiblity to
        remove the old label from bconsole without having to    
        stop/start the storage daemon.
