You can likely use the vchanger shell script from the Bacula and Removable Disk Howto at http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=47704&group_id=50727. It is designed to treat a partition on a removable disk drive as a magazine with n virtual slots for a virtual autochanger with m virtual drives. You would setup 5 virtual autochangers, one for each physical drive.
