Well, I was hoping for a bit better results...

I've tried just about everything I could come up with.  I did get the
positioning to work somewhat.  It found every block it looked for in the
first file and it found the first block of the second file but could not
keep it's wits about it when asked for a block further into the second file.

It's really frustrating considering this thing works like a champ in
Windows.

Oh, well.  I guess I'll get a native scsi drive and go from there.
