Is it possible that in your mtx-changer script (whatever that is called in windows :-) you don't have the wait_for_drive function enabled? The error looks like it might be a timeout problem... i.e. Bacula tries to access the tape before the drive has finished loading it. If the windows' mtx-changer looks similar to the unix one, you can easily find where the command load is processed. There, a wait time will be effective. Hopefully there is a comment indicating how to enable a more reliable drive status checking - it might not need more than removing a comment character. >> I in fact do have an autochanger, and it loaded the correct tape >> autmomatically.
