Attached are the director and sd trace files.

From the command prompt mtx-changer shows that the requested tape is loaded At the console a status of the sd shows the expected tape is loaded but blocked: At the console an 'unmount' and 'mount' of the same tape and slot starts the jobs. 05-Apr 11:57 comp01-sd: 3301 Issuing autochanger "loaded? drive 0" command. 05-Apr 11:57 comp01-sd: 3302 Autochanger "loaded? drive 0", result is Slot 8. 05-Apr 11:58 comp01-sd: Recycled volume "A0000002" on device "VXA-172" (Tape0), all previous data lost.
