It should... I'm not sure which manufacturer created the 130T, but I'd
wager a bet that you can control it using mtx, and that's about all you
need.

No. These labels are usually not printed by the backup software.

Either buy cartridges with barcode labels, buy separate labels, or print
labels yourself.

I forgot which code these labels use, but my old friend Mr. google
surely knows...

Printing the labels yourself might be more difficult than you expect,
though: They need to be robust, should not fade, and should be printed
with good quality. So you need strong paper, suitable for high-quality
printing, and a printer that can handle this. Then you've got to
carefully cut the paper to the right size.

Or use a specialized label printer which can print label to
self-adhesive tape. Don't stick the tape to the cartridge, only slide
the labels into their slot. You need the right width of label tape for
this, of course. And these barcode-capable label printers typically
print onto thermo-sensitive tape, so your labels need the same care your
tapes need.

(You probably guess that I'd recommend buying pre-labeled cartridges or
a package of labels.)
