You didn't say why these failed.

You might also try:

   F:\\temp

being sure that the directory already exists before the restore.

If that does not work, you might try picking and choosing the files in the 
Bacula restore interface then restoring them in place.

If you are not too worried about the exact permissions on the files, then you 
could also restore them to a Unix partition, or to a Samba mounted partition 
(F:/temp mounted on a your Linux server) and then pick and choose to move 
them into place.
