Possible bug. Ran the configure, make, make install as expected. Configured the systems using the old configs (in-place upgrade).
The director and file-daemon started first time. The storage daemon refused to start until I'd created a /var/run/bacula directory. Either I've missed a step or this is a bug with the make install process.
