You don't mention anything about having configured TLS, so I will 
assume you have not done so.  If my assumption is not correct, please 
ignore the rest of this email.

Someone (FD, SD, or DIR) is requiring TLS.  I'd start with the client 
you are restoring to.  Look for TLS in the bacula-fd.conf and remove 
it.  Similar, check the SD, but I doubt the SD is so configured.
