Apparently there is some sort of a bug in the tray-monitor in that version of 
Bacula, though no one else seems to have reported (someone did report it for 
version 1.39.x).

Anyway, the problem is fixed in the latest beta release 1.39.34.  Since you 
are relatively new to Bacula, I would recommend that you move up to that 
version since it will be released for production shortly.  Please read the 
ReleaseNotes carefully as there are a number of important differences between 
1.38.11 and 1.39.34.
