Fwiw, I raced through the instructions in the README file (never a good idea :) and it built me an iso, but when I tried to boot it I got: No filesystem could mount root, trued: cramfs Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(9,0) The image was built on a non-VM system, but booted in vmware, which may well be the cause.
