You've got your jobs set up incorrect. It is not the right thing to set upone job for full and one for incremental backup. Instead, set up one job only, and decide which level (full, incremental, or differential) to run when you start the job (using the console or a schedule). After that is done, and there remain errors, post these - I didn't look at the configuration very closely.
