Don't worry about that. It often changes just before the job runs.

But there is one other thing.  The parameters you changed are all in 
the configuration files.  They are used to create new resources (e.g. 
pools, volumes).  They have no effect on existing resources.

However, you can use the update command to refresh volumes/pools from 
the config files.

Are these the jobs you mean are just sitting there?  That is normal.

It appears you are allowing mulitiple concurrent jobs.  Is that your 
wish?

Off hand, bouncing that FD will clear those mystery jobs.
