The error came from the version of Bacula that the BartPE plug-in was using. The only Bacula BartPE plug-in I could find used 1.36.1 which might have been causing the errors. I updated the plug-in to use the latest stable Windows files, 1.38.10, and the restore worked great! If anyone is interested in downloading the BartPE Bacula 1.38.10 plug-in, I put it up for download here: http://dev-zero.org/downloads/winbacula-bartpe-1.38.10.zip I'll take a look at the 1.39.24 beta and see if I can get it to run as a BartPE plug-in.
