I do the same but seperate things a lot more I have the following: bacula-dir-clients-linux.conf bacula-dir-filesets-linux.conf bacula-dir-jobdefs.conf bacula-dir-schedules.conf bacula-dir-clients-win.conf bacula-dir-filesets-win.conf bacula-dir-jobs.conf bacula-dir-storage.conf bacula-dir-clients.conf bacula-dir-filesets.conf bacula-dir-pools.conf bacula-dir.conf
I too thought this may cause some probems when I started organizing things but I have not had a single problem with it and I have basically had this config for 3 to 6 months.
