Hi Kern,

thanks for answering to Timos question - sorry - we have no
64Bit architecture nor a bigendian-maschine.

Actually, we are lost because our company (Timo is the backup-administrator) can't restore the main-application data (orderprocessing and financial accounting).

Because of that Timo has opend another thread asking somebody to compile
the bacula-fd (windows-version) to ignore the "Backslash" Bug.

So, because i'm not common to the bacula code i would please you (or somebody else who can fix the Problem with bextract or bacula-fd (win)
to track down the bacula-problem and help us to restore our window-files.

We will also make a USD 200 paypal-donation to the bacula-project.
