Oh, that sounds very serious. I'm sorry to hear that you are having those
problems.

Can you tell me what version of Bacula you are using? If the 1.39 bextract is
not resolving the problem, it would probably be much easier to attempt some
fix directly in the Win32 FD.

I've looked at one of Timo's first messages where he shows some examples of
the error messages that he gets when he attempts a restore, and I see that
the error occurs at: create_file.c:182 and at create_file.c:281 from the
messages:

>>>22-Sep 17:07 WIN1-fd: RestoreFiles1.2005-09-22_17.01.08 Error:
>>>..\findlib\../../findlib/create_file.c:182 Could not create
>>>/tmp/bacula-restores/c/\bacula\/Uninstall.exe: ERR=The system

and

Could you examine as many of the Bacula messages as possible and send me an
example of each one that occurs at a different point. I only need one
example for each error, and I already have the above two (which are hopefully
all). This information is *very* important, because if the problem is not
corrected in all places where it occurs, it will take several iterations
(i.e. longer) to correct.

Thanks. Of course, I would appreciate a donation, but I'm interested in your
problem because it pains me to see people lose their data ...
