I suspect that you are running into the 260 character directory/filename limit
that currently exists in the current Win32 FD. Current solution: shorten
your names to be less than 260 characters. This problem will be fixed in
1.40 (in 3-6 months).
If that is not the case, then it may be that you have not created your
bacula-dir.conf in the UTF-8 character set (I consider this unlikely).
