the problem is really strange i am really looking for expert help here i know there are very good experts in this group.My strange thing is bacula director daemon is saying it is starting and i could not see ant process running.I have checked all configuration file syntax everything is correct
 
i am breaking my head for tha last two days and until now no solution for this from my side
 
thank you very much guys i would really appriciate if any one can give me some direction to fix this

It is a limitation of Linux: the MTSETDRVBUFFER can only be done as root,
regardless of the permissions on the tape device. I think it is just a
warning, so should not prevent the sd from running.

You could try starting the sd under strace to try to see if it fails with some
other permission problem.
