I don't have the bacula-web.conf.
I have only the bacula.conf in /apache_files/bacula/scripts/bacula.conf

Above, my bacula.conf:

# cat bacula.conf
title = Bacula-Web 1.2
root = /bacula
IndexReport = 0
mode = Lite
lang = en_EN
 
[.DATABASE]
host = localhost
login = bacula
pass =
db_name = bacula
db_type = mysql
#db_port = 3306
