Hello Juan.
I'm using mysql.
The web server and mysql is in the same machine.
I did the following test:
mysql -h localhost -u bacula -p bacula
My password is blank. The result of this test is OK.
Do you know what is happening? Is it a configuration problem?
I have copied only the folder bacula-web in my web server and after, i have configured my bacula.conf.
Below, my tests.
http://192.168.0.50/test.php
Checking system for dependencies...
Checking gettext: YES Language support enabled
Checking Pear(DB): YES Pear DB enabled
Checking GD: YES GD support enabled
http://192.168.0.50/index.php
Blank screen

sqlite: It is not supported, sorry.
if you have mysql, check access from the web machine to mysql:
mysql -h MYSQLIP -u user -p pass dbbacula
