Actually with a bit of pain you can do it on 1.36, but you will need a special 
locking mtx-changer script and you will need to ensure that each drive uses a 
different Pool.

Yes, it is in 1.38.0

Yes, it *should* handle most situations, but given that it hasn't been heavily 
tested, there are bound to be some problems.

By the way, I saw several emails from someone who said that he could not get 
multiple concurrent jobs working on multiple drives, but I haven't had any 
problems here -- with my test scripts.

You can start with 1.38.0 if you want, but 1.38.1 will be released in a day or 
two ...
