Currently, you cannot cancel a job that is not yet started.
Once the job is started, you can cancel it, and the cance command always says
that the job is marked for cancellation, which is in effect what happens. It
can take some time for the job to actually terminate due to the fact that it
can be running in 3 different daemons and in certain places it can be
blocked.
A command to cancel a scheduled job would require new functionality that does
not currently exist in the scheduler.
