There were several bug reports filed in the bugs database concerning the 
PostgreSQL scripts.  Since the bug reports came with patches or solutions, I 
didn't release patches for this, so I suggest you take a look there.  
Otherwise, you can obtain corrected files from the CVS.  They will also be 
distributed with 1.38.1 in the near future.
