So tell me, why exactly should LabelFormat control whether or not a tape is
recycled? The error is this:
Current Volume "liz5" not acceptable because:
1998 Volume "liz5" status is Full, but should be Append, Purged or
Recycle.
But the media shows this:

So why isn't this volume being recycled?
