Please try downloading and using:

  www.sibbald.com/download/bacula-rescue-1.8.0.tar.gz

Please read the README carefully, as the configuration is totally different 
from the 1.36 rescue disk.  I believe but am not sure that the development 
documentation has been appropriately updated.
