Well, that would be an obvious thought.  However, it won't do what you
want.  There's no guarantee that the 1st Monday and 1st Friday, for
example, are actually in the same week.  In fact, there is a 4:3 chance
that 1st Monday and 1st Friday will NOT be in the same week -- they will
be part of the same week only in months beginning on a Saturday, Sunday
or Monday.

Kern tells me that although the grammar specification does not actually
include it, you SHOULD be able to use this:

        1st, 3rd, 5th sun-sat

or, if you don't want to back up on the weekends,

        1st, 3rd, 5th mon-fri

Try that and see if that does what you want.
