Yeah, sorry, forgot to mention setup both sides server/client are gentoo boxes with 1.36.3 version of bacula. They both have 1 gig of ram, client is a dual PIII 1.1Ghz and server is AMD 2400+. There shouldn't be any issues with the network card performance, as i've mentioned that i can download files by ftp/scp/http with 1-2mbyte/s. The server handles local backups with 5-8mbyte/s.
There is no load on the client/server when the backup takes place.
