You can just purge the volumes, delete them from the catalog using the
Delete command, then relabel them.

This is basically simple.  Use the Volume Retention settings in the Pool
resource.

The remaining points here are strictly autochanger issues that I'm going
to have to defer to list members with autochanger experience.
